You may have noticed the trees being cleared at the Diamond Causeway and Ferguson Avenue intersection across the street from Kroger. Opening sooner rather than later (they have not determined when the project will be completed), the residents of Skidaway Island will have a new alternative for gas not far away. Enmarket!
Enmarkert and Bethesda Academy have an agreement to work together to bring the new gas station and Bethesda Welcome Center.
And don’t worry, the venerable oaks on Ferguson Ave will not be touched. Additionally, the developers are forever prohibited from cutting trees over 16 inches in diameter unless approved by Chatham County’s arborist.
